Such a kind and friendly man. Its been a honor being his neighbor and knowing him. Always a fiendly wave to Rosa ,myself and our kids.

With deepest sympathy to the Tabak family. John & his family grew up knowing my mother and the "Chernak" family and I met John while working at Sikorsky smiling & soft spoken - everyone knew John.

I have never met a man so gentle and intelligent as Mr. Tabak. Truly a remarkable man, his caring for others was genuine and heartfelt. He amazed me as he meticulously cared for his yard, trimming bushes and raking, he was in such great physical shape! He would always smile and wave as he drove by. He was a great neighbor, an amazing man, and a truly intelligent, wonderful person. All who had the pleaasure to know him will truly miss him.

Worked with John at Sikorsky. Truly a wonderful man. Rest in peace John

Mr Tabak was one of the few people in this world that you can say, what a nice man. I grew up across the street from the Tabak family on Flora Dr and us older kids were always playing ball in the street and not once did he ever yell at us. I can remember one time I was walking my bike with a flat tire home from the green and he gave me a ride home. Its funny the things you remember about people. I will always remember him as a great neighbor and a nice guy.

Our sincere condolences are sent in the loss of Uncle John. We know he will be watching us from above. He was truly a warm, compassionate and caring man. The world has lost a great person.
