Great memories had and more on the horizon. John was a doer!

I was just checking online this morning to see what John was doing these days and
whether, like me, he was a retired lawyer or, more likely, still energetically doing
something productive and useful. I was shocked to read that he had passed away less than a week ago. John and I were college classmates and went to the same law school. I remember in freshman year at college, when several of my classmates were running for class president, that John was a standout. He went
