Not sure what to say?

I was very luck and proud to know my great-grandfather. He was a wonderful man with great spirit and pep. I would have loved to say that in the next couple of years he would be a great-great-grandfather. He is now at peace with great-grandma Nancy, dancing and singing the night away to the worlds best Italian music in heaven. I love you! =)

Lenny and family:
We are very sorry to hear about your father. We were out of town and did not hear about this until later. We wish you and your family peace at this difficult time.

I'll always remember 'The Candy Man' and all the movies he took of all of us kids at holidays with no film. I especially remember getting hit with candy coated almonds on my wedding day. Gotta love Uncle Johnny.

Len, Jane, Andrea, John and families,
I just loved Uncle Johnny and the bright smile he always had for me. He will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure you have some great memories. One of mine happened recently when someone (not family) asked me who the man was at my John's funeral who was giving out candy. I immediately knew without a second thought it was Uncle Johnny! He must never have left home without candy. He was truely a sweet man. My deepest condolences to all of...

Andrea, Lenny and families,
We are so sorry to hear about your Dad. May the Lord's love and promise of paradise bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

At least 5 generations of Vannelli children knew Uncle Johnny as "The Candy Man" because he always had some sweet treats for them and jokes and tricks for the rest of us. No party ever really got started until Uncle Johnny arrived, and every party was better when he did.

It is difficult to say goodbye but...

Dear Andrea and Lennie: My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family for your loss.

Mr. Vannelli will be missed! I have many great memories! He always had jokes for the kids as he was a big kid himself!! My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this hard time. Just remember all the laughter he brought into everybody lives!!

I loved my grandpa very much and now he is at peace and now with grandma. My grandparents were a big part of my life as they pretty much helped my mom raise me when i was a little girl cause my mom had to go to work and had to raise two children on her own.So my grandparents were like parents to me as well as grandparents. They both meant the world to me and now they are together up in heaven and at peace.I will always have great memmories of them both to tell my little daughter when she gets...
