John was a wonderful teacher and mentor to many young 'EBRs' at Aetna. He is part of my many fond memories gathered over the years at Aetna.

I was very sad to learn of John's passing. He was a great mentor to me as a young EBR. He always went the "extra mile" to help the field representatives and we all benefited by his counsel and his wonderful wit. I will miss him very much.
