John Wyatt Obituary

John W. Wyatt, III John William Wyatt III, 44, left this world in work clothes and boots on as he always said he hoped to. Born May 22, 1965, John was the only child of parents John William Wyatt II and Eileen Marie Reininger Wyatt. Although born in Toledo, Ohio, he became a naturalized Texan soon thereafter where he proceeded to create a bountiful life for himself and his family in the picturesque state. A remarkable and talented man, John-- affectionately known as Beau to his family-- is remembered best for his uncompromising role as a Father and role model to his boys. During his marriage to Lori Kathleen Dillman Wyatt, his eldest son, John 'Jesse' William Wyatt IV was born. John's path then brought Heather Rhea Wyatt into his life, where she became the loving mother of his three younger sons, Garth Hunter Wyatt, Cody James Wyatt, and Zane Aaron Wyatt. Also sharing a beautiful part of John and his family's life, close friend and loved one Ms. Meagen McCrory remains with the family to carry on. Fiancée and stepmother to the entire Wyatt clan, Juanita Stuart "Brandi" Sartwell, bids a tender farewell to her betrothed and remains lovingly committed to the longevity of the Wyatt family. Always positive and upbeat, John could commonly be overheard sharing with friends, 'karma isn't good or bad, it just is', and this is how he lived his life. In addition to his utter devotion as a father, John's world consisted of his passion for fine guitars, loud drums, and the world famous music of Pink Floyd. His avid desires for and ample abilities in music spilled over into hobby and career venues as John enjoyed entertaining as a singer and sharing his melodic gifts as a music teacher. He proudly identified himself an American blue collar worker, and used this stable base to be a successful role model and provider for his family. Most of all, John loved all things mechanical, cars, and motorcycles, and would happily help with whatever needed fixin'-- a theme that would come to dominate John's life through to his final farewell. He was equally skilled at mastering new technology, and was most recently an integral part of one of the world's premier multi-media powerhouses. Ever generous with his resources, energy and skills, his physical absence leaves us all with a rich tapestry of memories of this jovial friend, and these few quintessential points; live, laugh and love, such things are finite and are not to be missed. John was preceded in death by his parents and Lori Wyatt. He is survived by his four sons, Jesse, Garth, Cody, and Zane. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Monday, April 5, 2010, at Cook-Walden Funeral Home 6100 N. Lamar. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, in the Colonial Chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral Home on Lamar, with burial to follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas. Memorial contributions in the name of John William Wyatt III can be made to: any reputable humanitarian effort of your choice, whose goal and capabilities are already reaching out to those of John's human brothers and sisters who remain here, to toil and rebuild as their nations and lands are violently transformed by natural disasters.

I have so many memories of the times that Beau, Oscar and I shared from Jr. high, through Milby and past. The laughs and fun we had will forever be with me and I will you so much.
Johns parents were like parents to Oscar and I and we three amigos shared a very special bond. Lay in peace my friend and may God bless your soul and keep you whole till the next time we meet.
Love you man.
