I remember John from way back when he worked at the body shop. It wasn't one shop, but a small enclave of businesses owned by lifelong friends that grew up together in the "Meadows" of Philadelphia. John worked for Pete Damanskis for a time at his body shop, then spent years working for "Campy" right across the yard. My dad owned a machine shop there, and I grew up in that environment.
