Not sure what to say?

Jon will forever be a legend in my mind!! Oh the headaches we must have given him. He was such a good man with the best sense of humor! I´ll never forget all the times he would call from the golf course and say, "I bet you could use a break. Send the boys over." So they would strap their golf bags on their backs and ride their bikes over to the 3 par. They´d play with their Papa for hours!! I my privileged to know Jon and call him a friend and fellow PGA Professional. He inspired me, counseled, me, befriended me, and shared his aspirations with me. I was honored and privately to know him. Jeff Waters

Jon was a kind and generous guy and a gifted golfer. I was fortunate to have had a few rounds with him on the golf course and a few off the golf course. His smile and sense of humor made him a joy to be around. He will be missed.

I was Jon´s caddie when he won the state am and the city parks. I met him at Nibley Park where we both worked He was kind to me, a younger golfer and golf nut I was honored to caddie for such a gifted player, Respectfully Granger Peck

I´ve never had a better golf teacher, grandpa or supporter. I´ll always remember riding around in golf carts as a kid on the course. A true professional

Cindy, we are truly sorry for your loss. Damon and Kali were very lucky to have you and John for friends and neighbors. Larry and Brenda Lefteris. (Kali's parents)

You are very very missed Papa Jon, I hope you´re having a blast golfing as much as you want!

Jon was the best friend a person could ever ask for. Either playing golf together or partying or traveling to out of the state tournaments he was always fun to be with. He was a great golfer and credit to his profession. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Tom Srensen.
