My deepest condolences to Lois and the rest of the Swenson Family. I have just found out about his passing and am sorry that I was not able to pay my respects to Rev. and family. He was a great man and GOD now has the finest man by his side. My prayers to all of you in this time of sorrow.

My sincerest condolences go out to the Swenson family. As a teenager at Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Fairmount, I remember Reverend Swenson as a caring and understanding person. He had a style in preaching that was appealing to all the members’ young and old not only in the church but in the community as well. Rev Swenson helped me so much when I had been going through emotional struggles. He showed me the way to become healed through Our Lord Jesus Christ. He was truly a man of God and a good example for all who want to do the Will of God! We all know he is in Heaven with Jesus. God bless you Lois and I will pray for you and your family to have peace and comfort.

I want to extend my sincerest condolences to all the family, especially to my classmate Lois. Lois, I am truly sorry to learn of your loss. My prayers go out to you and your family at this difficult time. The Lord be with you. In the Love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I was a teenager at Rev. Swenson's first church in Collingdale, PA in the mid-1960s. He was an inspiration and I was glad, after 45 years, to see him again at his retirement ceremony to tell him so. My condolences to Lois and his family on the loss of a loving family man and minister of the people.
