Jonathan’s life was far too short, but it made a big impact on the world. I’ll always remember him for his beautiful smile, and his laugh but most of all for how much he was loved and what a impact he will leave on everyone’s heart he touched! Our daughter Missy Emerson was one of Jonathan’s besties she will miss him so much they had a special bond! They got each other they were two peas in a pod! Our heart breaks for you but we will never forget Jonathan!

I remember when me and my friends would go to have lunch with Mr.Cheney , he was a sweet, kindhearted person. He had helped me and my friends out so much through out the years of being at Southwick School. You will not be forgotten , may you rest In peace. My condolences to his family and friends.

I am very sad to hear of Jon's passing. He was an RA at KSC when I was a student and I have very fond memories of him. He was the sweetest person and always was there for friends in need. Rest in peace, Jon.

Mr. Cheney was always had a kind spirit and loving personality, he was the one person in school who was there for me and always made me feel better. In heaven or earth he will always be a huge part of my childhood/grade school memories. My condolences go out to his family. Rest in paradise.

This is so heartbreaking, I will always remember Mr.Cheney, he was my elementary school guidance counselor and was always there for the students that needed him the most. I remember going into his office some days and would eat lunch with him and a few other of my friends. We will all miss you.
