I am a Charlottean. I did not know officer Jordan Sheldon nor HIS companions Ramon or Loki. I am compelled to let you know of my unwavering support for our officers and all they do for such little compensation. Being in the healthcare field, I KNOW we are called to be in our line of service to the community, it is NEVER about the money, but the people we serve. All my Prayers and Sadness are with all of the Family of Jordan Sheldon, I have 2 Sons and I can't imagine the hurt.

I did not know Jordan; I wished that I had. Such a tough loss to deal with for his family his friends and the city of Mooresville. I am from York S.C. and when I learned about this tragic loss of a fine young police officer, my heart sank. I watched the news story on tv with tears in my eyes. And it is very hard for me to forget this wonderful person and the senseless way in which he was lost. I am sure that Officer Sheldon will be greatly missed for a very long time!
