We know officer carrasco from John Drugan. We saw him every morning and after school keeping students safe. My son is a 4th grader there and after school today we learned of his passing. Our deepest condolences to carrasco family from Rosales family. We are very saddened by all this. Thank you for your service to our community and especially our kids. My son told me he felt safe during school lockdown drills. He says he remembers Mr carrasco locking doors as well as telling the little ones...

My condolences to the family.I worked with Joe for 13yrs at SISD. He was an honest, sincere, and a very dedicated man to his job. He would always give me good advise when it came to legal matters. He will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace.
