Carrasco Family,
Our lives will forever be influenced with honor, kindness and love because we knew such a man as your father. Our hearts are broken but we find comfort in the memories we hold of him. He is gone but only for a little while until we meet again. We love you Joe and you will forever be in our hearts.

We know officer carrasco from John Drugan. We saw him every morning and after school keeping students safe. My son is a 4th grader there and after school today we learned of his passing. Our deepest condolences to carrasco family from Rosales family. We are very saddened by all this. Thank you for your service to our community and especially our kids. My son told me he felt safe during school lockdown drills. He says he remembers Mr carrasco locking doors as well as telling the little ones who were frightened that everything is okay. Your presence will be missed. Thank you for keeping our children safe.
