I have been a family friend of the Mireles family since I was in Kinder with his little sister "EKE". I will always remember Joe as a funny, and always joking around person. I will never forget the times when he would drop us off at school laughed and honked and honked as he drove off. My prayers are with the family. You will be greatly missed. May you rest in peace.
