Not sure what to say?

7 years old.

I took this picture when he turned 7. That little face could brighten any day. Joe was always trying to educate me on all the Star Wars movies and characters. He would roll his eyes at me when I'd get it all mixed up. :) Josef will forever be remembered. My love and prayers go out to his family and friends.

I taught Josef for two classes. He always had a smile on his face and loved to learn. He was the first person to offer help to others. Last week, he wrote in his notebook that he wanted to be remembered for changing the world, such as curing cancer. Josef did change the world. We are all better people for having known him. I know we will see him again. Until then, I will hold him in my heart.

My daughter has known Josef since kindergarten and said he was one of the nicest kids at school. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this painful and difficult time.

So so sorry for your huge loss. Josef was very kind, courteous, respectful, and quite mature for his age. Everyone says "What a great kid." He was such a good role model. I remember his love of music, Iowa State, and Star Wars. I enjoyed having him as a piano student for 4 years. May God uphold you and give you some peace and comfort.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Josef will be greatly missed. Bless your family and may God give you comfort.

I am sorry for your loss. May the God who binds up the broken-hearted and who comforts all who mourn, comfort the family during this difficult time. Isaiah. 61:1, 2.

With heartfelt sympathy.

My heart breaks for all of you. He was definitely taken too soon, he was a good friend to my son Troy & Troy was proud to call him a friend! He will truly be missed & loved by so many. May God be with you all in this trying time. Fly high little buddy & R.I.P Josef

Troy Kennard & Family...so sorry for your loss.
