Not sure what to say?

Dear Lorraine and family of Joe...it is with our sincerest heartfelt sympathy that we wish to extend our feelings to all of you. We always enjoyed our times with Joe. Whether at St. Cecilia's or Exeter Boy Scouts. Always seeing him ride his Jazzy around town with a smile on his face. He will be greatly missed. God bless you all and help you to get thru these difficult time.

Mr. Backo was A very nice and A very funny man to be with. He will be missed by many.

Will always remember Breakfast with the Easter Bunny for the Saint Cecilia's Youth Group in Exeter. Joe had everyone in stitches in the kitchen as we made the pancakes, sausage and eggs. Joe will be missed. Thoughts and Prayers.

Joe was a nice man, a true scouter, and a very caring person. I knew Joseph through his employer, and scouting. He was truly a good person!
