Not sure what to say?

I will truely miss you but I will see you again.

To the Barr Family,
Joe and I were friends, classmates, and frat brothers at Tuskegee, and kept in touch periodically. We just spent time together at the Omega's 100th anniversary in DC. And, my family and I have spent time with him and his wife on the Do-Jo II. We have many happy memories, and that you will not be forgotten. Please know that you have my sincerest sympathy. RIP Joe....

WE pray for your heavenly abode. May you rest in peace. You really helped shape the Veterinary profession.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I was honored twice over the past two years to have met Dr. / Brother Barr and dined with him at a local eatery. I was tasked to provide Dr. Barr with transportation during the Omega Centennial celebration.

Dear Barr Family:

Dr. Barr was a member of my church family. He will be truly missed. You have my deepest sympathy.

Robin Moss

To the family, I regret the passing of your love one and a friend to many. Whenever Dr. Barr could give a helping hand he would. He is with our Heavenly Father, no more pain, no more suffering. Be as strong as you can be. My prayers are with you.

You will always be remembered.

Rest in Peace Brother Barr and may God bless your family in its time of grief.
From a Tuskegee University and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. brother.
