To the Blommer Family, My deepest sympathies to all of you. I think of Joe everyday and all that he has expressed to me about life. He touched my heart and that pushes me further into nursing. I will always think of him in my career. He was the kindest person no matter how he was feeling that day. He cared and loved everyone around him. I know he will be greatly missed, but he will be lived on forever with all he left behind and through his family. If any of you ever need a helping hand...

Once again, please accept our sorrow over the...

Dear Blommer Family, I worked for Henry & Al when I worked in the Roller Room 1967-1969, and I may have met Joe. I have many fond memories working at Blommers and I still by my chocolate there. There was no union, there were great benefits and it was tough for me to leave there for my careers in teaching and locksmithing. Art Misiewicz, CRL, Logan Square. p.s. thanks for letting me park my motorcycle in the basement on those cold nights!
