To the Brendle family,
I have had the pleasure of working with Joe for over 30 years, as he was our Chief Election (Machine) Coordinator he was my savior many,
many times. Joe took pride in every task and always kept the highest level of election integrity for the City of Hampton. I appreciated his loyalty and mostly his friendship. We spent many hours just talking. A great man that I am so glad I had the pleasure of knowing.
