To the Brendle family,
I have had the pleasure of working with Joe for over 30 years, as he was our Chief Election (Machine) Coordinator he was my savior many,
many times. Joe took pride in every task and always kept the highest level of election integrity for the City of Hampton. I appreciated his loyalty and mostly his friendship. We spent many hours just talking. A great man that I am so glad I had the pleasure of knowing.

Mom ~ Dallas & I are so sorry about your loss. Joe was a wonderful person and loved by all. And He sure loved you. I found this quote that I think he would have liked.Grieve not, nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk of me as if I were beside you. I loved you so—it was heaven here with you. ~ RIP Joe... we will miss you.
