Great friend and missed very much. Walt & Jane

Irene and family,
I was saddened to hear the news of Joe's passing. He was a wonderful husband, father, friend and all round great guy.As a police officer he was a soft spoken role model who gave the best of himself for others. I send you my heartfelt sympathy in hope that you find comfort in knowing so many others join you in your sorrow.

Joe was one of the best at Benson Barrack D when I worked for the newspaper...a great friend...one of the standouts.

To Irene & all of Joe's family, words are inadequate to express the sadness of his loss. I am sorry. Joe and I met during his retirement years. I started with the MSP the year after he retired. We enjoyed talking about how things were and how they are today. He was a good man who did his part to make the world a better place. God Bless him, he will be missed.

Lee Holden, so sorry to hear that your brother has passed. My prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Irene, We were so saddened to hear of Joe's passing. He was such a gentle, loving, caring man. A man of integrity. We were so blessed to have him as a friend. I know that he is in Heaven with Eric - no more pain, sorrow, only peace. With much love, Kathy and Bob Jacobs
