Jody and Family - All of us are still deeply saddened by Joe´s passing and the huge hole in our hearts that he leaves. I am shocked and very sad to learn of Joe´s passing. We worked together on the NC Floodplain Mapping Program. I recall how his face lit up when he smiled, his sense of humor, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. He will be missed by many.
