I had the pleasure of working with Joe on the Historical Commission and the Historical Society. He was a truly committed person who gave generously of his time and energy. Westwood will miss him.

Joe was a friend for 35 years throughout HFMA , he was always ready to volunteer, to help when needed and to give support and sound advise ,especially to the young members. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten......a true gentleman .
