It is with a very heavy heart that I send my condolences to you and your family. I only found out about Joe's passing yesterday. I know that my words are of little or no comfort to you but the words are so true. Anyone who ever knew You and Joe knows that the two of you shared a very special love and mutual respect for each other. It was obvious and undenialable. Mrs. Bernie, Jody, Angelle and Rachel, I want to express my deepest regards on the passing of Mr. Joe. Mr. Joe was a great husband and dad that love his kids as I remembered him very well. He had always had spare time for us kids on East Niagara Circle and shared ideas and dreams that meant so much to him as well as to each other. I am sorry to hear that Mr Joe Courcelle had passed away. Please accept my sincere condolences. Joe was a great guy and an excellent fisherman. May he rest in peace.
