Thinking of you Joe!!! Your friend Ritawilton

My deepest sympathy to the Crow family . I went to Armstrong HS with Joe back in 1977-78 . He was a good friend . What I remember most about Joe was how he always spoke so fondly of his family . May you find peace and comfort in your memories of your brother Joe . God Bless .

Becky and family, we are so sorry for your tragic loss. Thoughts and prayers for you all during this difficult time.

Joe has been along time friend which I consider family. From sleigh riding at CCV, to the James rapids on the rocks to my east end friends picking me up in the west end every weekend and from HS and beyond.. I hope that the friends that we have met along the way will remain in touch because of our friendship with joe

Bill, DC and Becky, I was very saddened to hear about Joe. You have my deepest sympathy. May he rest in peace

I've always LOVED Joes free spirit! We had a lot of fun together, and he will always be the seventh brother I never had! Love ya, Joe

Joe, you will be missed more than words can express. We´re going to miss you my friend, rest in heaven. Rex & Sheila

Many memories of Joe from BHS. Rest in peace brother!!

I have Joe to thank for exposing me to his love of music from punk, ska, and classic rock n roll. Loved going to shockoe slip and "dancing". He would just show up w an entourage at ODU. Loved his spontaneity. His heart was as big as he was. Many fond memories. He will be missed.
