My sincere condolences to Clay's family. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. Clay and I attended Central Valley High School together in the late 70's and we both graduated in 1979. We had classes together and attended and participated in all the normal high school events that one would expect including the prom. Although we were not close friends there was always a warmness between us when we connected, even at pick up basketball games at Sequoia. In fact, it was at one of these games...

It's sad to lose a child and sibling. Find strength in one another. Our prayers include all of you.

Clay was my Godson and although I was not close to him physically, but he was always in my thoughts and will always be. I have a glass piece made by him and cherish it. I will miss him.

I know Clay is looking over each and everyone of us who knew him. He was always willing to help a friend, is lovable personality was infectious. I will miss our talks on the phone. I love the DeMercurio family my heart aches for you. You will always have a special place in my heart.
