Lin.. It was so nice to see you yesterday. I let you go without getting your contact information - I would really like to have lunch with you and share some good memories of our times together with Joe. I know that as time passes, you still grieve.. please know that my shoulder is soft and available for you to lean on. Joe will always be a light in so many people's memories. Thank-you God for allowing Joe to touch so many lives in such a positive way!

I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy to the entire Diaz family. I did not know Joe, but I am a friend of his sister Margaret's and I know this is a very difficult time for all of you. I will keep you all in my prayers.

My sincere condolences to the family. I was sincerely sorry to hear about Joe leaving us. I first met Joe in 1998 working for the S.A.P.D. and we immediately became friends. I will miss him. God bless you Joe.

Officer Diaz worked with our campus on a daily basis. He always had a smile on his face and a joke or two to share. He was a true gentleman. We will miss him dearly ~ The Staff and Faculty
