Joseph Henry Dickman, formerly of Kittanning, passed away peacefully at Hamot Hospital in Erie. Joe was born on November 4, 1946, in Kittanning, and was the son of the late Vincent DePaul Dickman and Alice Irene (McClafferty) Dickman.
