Joe Frank was just a fantastic, wonderful friend! We graduated class of 1964 Thomson High School together (Thomson, Ga.) His smile and winning personality was a blessing to all who knew him! Plan on a glorious last reunion in heaven with dear friends like Joe Frank. Praying for peace for his family.
