Joe was my neighbor, but not only that, he was my very dear friend. Joe was a very kind, generous, and sweet man. He would do anything for anyone. He was the best neighbor I could ask for. He was a proud veteran, in that he was able to help many other veterans as a Hospital Corpsman. Joe loved going to the Scottville Clown Band concerts and standing for the Armed Forces song.
