Read MoreI just heard the news. Joe was such a character. He would walk into any room and bring a huge laugh in two seconds. Friendly with a big heart. We had a lot of fun at bowling green. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. I'm sad.

I just heard and am devastated. Joe always had a smile on his face and was a great guy good for a laugh. I grew up with Joe in Sylvania, going to Highland Elementary and McCord JH, and played hockey with or against him from elementary up through college at BG. He will be missed.
