I will miss Mr. Dragon deeply...he came to see me pretty often at Chatham Medical for his bloodwork...he always gave me a smile before he left...

My condolences for the loss of your dad.
Capt. Joe was truly a professional mariner, weather he was in the river, or out "tideland". He brought up so many of us to the wheelhouse and will be remembered as one of the back bone captains of Crescent Towing.
I wish all of you the best and will keep ya'll in our prayers.
