Not sure what to say?

Dear Diana and Family (Barto and Duggan),

Uncle Joe loved you all very much and there now is a new, brighter, star in the sky at night. Look for it.

I am blessed to have grown up in a wonderful neighborhood where our love for each other and our bond goes beyond this earthly plane. Joe was a father and friend to me - I think everyone claimed him as their good friend. What a man! I celebrate his life and our fond memories. How blessed are we! I look forward to that day we are all together again!!!!!

To Mrs Duggan and Family
My deepest sympathy is with you all. Mr. Duggan was a great man and he had a great personality. You always saw him smiling at the club. It was always a pleasure waiting on The duggans at the Club. He will be missed dearly from all.

Joe Duggan was a terrific person. He loved his family just as he loved life. Our prayers are with all of his family during this time of sorrow.

To the Duggan family I offer my deepest sympathy. He was blessed with that incredible Duggan sense of humor and made the world a happier place to be.

Dear Di and family - although living far apart, we always felt a special closeness to Joe and you. His warmth remains fondly in our memory.
With love - Shirley and Lee Belaga

We will forever remember Mr. Duggan's love of life and his genuine caring of anyone he came in contact with. He always had a smile on his face and his love of life was totally contagious. We will miss you.
Love always,
Frank and Nancy (Storb) Boyle

Joe Duggan was the KING. Big Al said it was so and therefore it is. We can all only hope to have lived at least half of the life that he had. Nothing but the fondest and funniest memories.

His generosity and humor will never be forgotten. He was the best. We'll miss our dear friend.
