Joseph S. Farrugia

Joseph was a delight to me and many in our neighborhood as he inspired us all by walking almost daily with his walker and oxygen. He had a strong spirit, and gentle at times freely displaying his emotions; humble in asking for help when he needed it. I miss seeing him walk by the house, as his presence always made me smile.
