Not sure what to say?

It has been one year since my father passed. I think of him often and thank him for the greatest gift he bestowed on me. I have inherited his talent for poetry and writing. I know he is looking down on me with pride.

Joseph Finno was my dad and the most affectionate, giving, and sincere person I ever knew. Not a day goes by where I don't stop and think of something special that he's done Whether it was helping with school projects, feeding ducks at the park, or as I got older, advice on life and love. I love you dad, and will always and forever be your little baby girl. In my heart of hearts you will stay.

Joseph Finno was my father. I will cherish all the childhood memories I have of him. He inspired me with his sense of humor and shared with me his wisdom which led me to success in my personal life. I will always remember him fondly and I look foward to seeing him again someday in the afterlife. I hope that he is happy and that he found peace. To my father Joe, I love you and I think you were the best father a daughter could ever want or hope to wish for.

May God Bless you and your Family at you this time of sorrow. I will treasure the memories of my childhood with your dad and the rest of the family. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayer always.

Love and Prayers,

Annalea

I worked with Joe at the DPW in HIcksville in 1975 to 1982. We had many talks at his Stationary engineer position in HIcksvile, and were very inspirational. Joe had great insight, and wondeful humor. Many times I wish I took his advice.
