Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Foley and family,
I am one of the 7 Patterson children that Dr. Foley delivered. He has always been very special to us and when we mentioned his name, it invoked a sigh of reverence from us.

I wanted to share a fond memory of Dr. Foley with you. Prior to my wedding on Sept. 5, 1981 I went to see Dr. Foley for my blood tests. He wished me well, and I told him I was going to send him an invite to my wedding. Well, he showed up and waited as long as he could (the wedding was...

My husbands family was Dr. Foley's patiance for a long time 'I became one in 1962. I always thought the world of him.
He delivered our daughter in 63 then our son in 70. After my son was delivered he knew how much my husband Johnny wanted a son, so after he was born my husband told me that Dr.Foley came running down the hall yelling to Johnny "it's a boy" " it's a boy" he weights 8.6 lbs . So you know my husband was happy. When he told me he wasn't going to deliver anymore I told him that...

Dear Mrs. Foley and Children,
My family were patients of Dr. Foley's for many years which included my mother and father and us four children. I was probably 9 or 10 when we started going to his office. I am now 61. He was truly one of the most caring physicians I have ever known. I never forgave him for being out of town when my first born was delivered in May of 1967. However, when my second child arrived he was there to bring her into the world so I sort of forgave him. He took...

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Dr. Foley took wonderful care of my parents, Mr & Mrs Alton Herndon Sr, up until my father's passing in 1992 and then Dr. Foley's retirement. We feel your lost, Dr. Foley was so kind and warm and took time listening to his patients. There will never be another one so special. God bless you and your family.

Dear Ms.Esther and Children,
May the grace and strength of our Lord be with you.
Many folks were richly blessed having known or been attended to by Dr. Foley.
I remember getting out of church one Saturday, at the old SDA Church in downtown Jax..Ms. Esther was coming across the foyer and someone commented on her pretty hat, Dr Foley came out of the sanctuary and said, 'She's pretty with or without the hat!'..then he ran ahead of her to open the door...
I will always remember the...

dr Foley was our family doctor for a very long time chris, linda, timothy nettles,we all cried when he retired now we all prayed for him and his family.timothy thought that he was the only doctor in the world and would not see another.our thougts and prayers go out too his family

Dr. Foley was our family doctor for many years. Seven out of eight children of our family were delivered by this fine man. We kept him our family doctor until he retired. May the Lord Jesus bless this wonderful example of a Christian and may he find peace in Heaven.

My thoughts and prayers are with Dr. Foley's family. I remember how much he was devoted to his wife and was fortunate enough to see them a few times after his retirement. He of course looked as wonderful as he always did and was always smiling. He brought me into this world in 1959 and even though my name is Christi, he always called me Chrissy, which endeared him more to me. I have always spoken of him as my 2nd father which he never knew. There are many stories I could share where he...
