Dear Connie and family - I just heard of Joe's passing and am so very, very sad. Joe was a wonderful person. We often chatted before or after work on Stark Street, and he would come into City Hall often on business. I have missed seeing him since he closed his business. He would always ask about my son and I would always ask about Whitney as they were classmates at Central HS. I will always remember Joe as being a very kind and calm person. We live in a very busy time. dominated by doing this and doing that. My memory is Joe always took the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes. He never seemed rattled or in a hurry to brush you off. The world is a bit different today. RIP
