I'm sorry for the lateness of this note. Joe was "the best". A true gentleman. I can't think of the proper words. I'm sad. I'll be thinking of Joe, beach days at "Manchester by the Sea", aka- Rye. Y days. I'm sorry, so sorry.

This fella when he was just a teenager had a statesmanlike aura. He said " LB" like a senator when I first met the hunk as a young teenage boy. Rest Joe. Your were always, always a fine, fine gentlemen. LB

Dear Connie and family - I just heard of Joe's passing and am so very, very sad. Joe was a wonderful person. We often chatted before or after work on Stark Street, and he would come into City Hall often on business. I have missed seeing him since he closed his business. He would always ask about my son and I would always ask about Whitney as they were classmates at Central HS. I will always remember Joe as being a very kind and calm person. He will be missed by many people....Pamela...

We live in a very busy time. dominated by doing this and doing that. My memory is Joe always took the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes. He never seemed rattled or in a hurry to brush you off. The world is a bit different today. RIP
