I was one of the unfortunate people not having the honor and privilege of meeting Joe Garvey.A former A-Treat Worker (Donnie Grube)and a present employee both told me that Joe was a very nice man.I responded to that by saying "I assumed he was because his off spring Joe Jr.and Tom.Both are wonderful and super nice people.It's a great blessing,honor,and privelage to know Joe Jr.and Tom. Dear Ginny, Joey, Tommy, Kathy, Sally and family. I was saddened to hear of Joe's passing. He was a fine man, always a gentleman, very bright, and a great sense of humor. I spent my summers, during college, working at A-Treat. Joe was very fair to work for. He was a buffer between Uncle Joe
