To Joe's Family, I am sad to read of Joe's passing. He started with OGS the same time I started with my current employer, E. W. Tompkins Co., Inc. I've been here 44 years. We worked alot together on numerous OGS projects. I could pick up the phone and dial his number without thinking. He was such a great guy. I hope your memories can carry you through this difficult time and make you all smile. He always made me smile. May Joe rest in peace and God Bless you all.
