I am truly saddened to hear of Joe's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting him through my work. (Goetze's Candy Company). He was always so upbeat, pleasant and sported a smile whenever he visited. May God be with you in this very difficult time.

I have known Joe since grade school when we spent 8 years together at St. Wenceslaus. Joe was a great guy and we shared political and social views. I will miss his smile and laughter. Joe made me laugh. He was my friend, and I will miss him. He left this world a better place than he found it, and that is quite an accomplishment.

Joe was a very caring person and was always there for everyone. I know from stories he shared how proud he was of his son & daughter.
