I just saw this. The Howard family lived two houses from me. Mr Howard was a kind man that I thought the world of. I remember him helping me handle newspapers when Jamison was ill.
All the best to a wonderful family.

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Joe; I loved his warmth, great sense of humor and generosity. He brought wonderful pastries from Apricots to Farmington Farms Health Club every morning and I can still picture him filling the room with his laughter and smile. My deepest sympathies to his family, Lydia Vine
