So sorry to just recently hear this sad news. I worked with Joe, on and off, for more than a decade. Joe gave me a chance to learn a trade, taught me the value in working hard, and allowed me the opportunity to earn a decent living at a time in my life when I really needed that help. He was always more than fair with me, even when I may not have deserved it.
I have a thousand great stories about my work days with Joe, mainly because he was such a BIG personality... always full of jokes...
