Father Jaros was an example to me when I was in the seminary. He always made time for me, took me to his favorite restaurants, and came to our home to visit. He kept up with me over the years since he was in Oak Harbor, and I know many people who have great admiration for the work he did there as pastor. I have know Fr. Jaros since I was 14 years old. He was like a dad to me, and we stayed in contact throughout the years sharing life and the love of Christ.
