Please accept my condolences. I umpired softball with Joe on a few occasions. He was also an outstanding person. He loved his work and he loved his fellow officials. He always had a smile on his lips. He taught me so much about being a good, fair. and positive ump. He was such a kind and caring person. He dedicated his adult life to his family and friends and to all the kids he tought over his winder career. He will be missed by many. Joe is at peace in heaven. May God bless you and...
