Not sure what to say?

It has been many years since I was around Joe, but he was one of my dearest friends during my college years. I just heard of his difficult struggles and I am stunned that someone as good as Joe has left us. I remember his passion, enthusiasm, and tenacity and always admired his ability to do it all. It appears that Joe continuted his awesome ways into his adult life. I will miss him and my family will say a prayer for the Locicero family tonight.

To the Locicero Family,
Words cannot express how deeply sadden I am at learning of Joey's passing. I have always cherished my friendship with Joey. When I think of my Sr. year at Stone Mountain, Joey is in the forefront of those memories. Moving to Stone Mountain that summer before my Sr. year was tough but finding a friend like Joey was awesome. As often in life it happens that we lose touch with friends from high school and that was the case with us but I was able to spend some...

My sincerest sympathy is felt for all those who Joey touched. I was his roommate when we went to England and Scotland with the Young Singers of Callanwolde. I always felt honored that Joey befriended me. I can hardly believe that he is gone. Even though I lost touch with him in my adult life, I have many fond memories of knowing him, meeting his family, going to movies together...I found my pictures of him--he always had a smile on his face--accept for the time when his hair was wet! I am so...

To “Buffy” and the LoCicero Family,
I remember Joey as a sensitive and fun-loving student. I am honored to have taught him in high school. He brought many smiles and so much joy to our math class at Stone Mountain High. Please accept my deepest sympathy. God Bless.

Dear Suzanne, Adam and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow. Be joyful knowing that Joe is now sitting in the lap of his Heavenly Father. Although God didn't see fit to heal him here, he received the ultimate healing in Heaven. Although it is a sad day here, the angels of Heaven are celebrating. My prayers are with you and yours. Sincerely and God Bless, G. Ozburn

My thoughts & prayers are with the family at this time. May you find comfort and peace in "the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation." -2 Cor. 1:3,4

Paul and I extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Even though we did not know Joey personally, Sam told us many times about what a fine person he was. I know you have wonderful memories.

Dear Suzanne and family,
We are so sorry to hear of your loss.
It sounds like Joey brought much love and joy to his family, and we
know he will be greatly missed. Our
love to Gloria and Joe especially
during this time.
