Not sure what to say?

Joe was a great friend from scouting to school and being in my wedding and singing. He is surely missed by my family. He was the friend that I could always count on. Think of him often. Always prayers for his family. His friend Allen Reiver

Joe was literally the life of the party. He seemed to always be smiling and laughing and making others do the same. Upon his passing, the light certainly dimmed. The world was a better place with Joe in it. I am honored to have been his friend and those years of friendship will be forever cherished. He will always be remembered and forever missed.

Tammie:

I remember your gentle soul. May you sing with angelic choirs through eternity. God bless you and your family. Liz Mitchell (San Antonio, TX)

Dearest Maniscalco Family, may all the love coming your way help lighten your heavy hearts. How lucky I was to meet Joe at Norview. I loved watching him perform in so many locations. He always put a smile on the faces of those around him. Heaven is brighter with Joe there.

I will miss Joe very much, but have wonderful memories of hanging out with him, Tammy and Steve Dailey. He was one of the best entertainers around. He could always make you laugh and smile. Lots of love to his family, Deeona Nussbaum

My thoughts and prayers go to Joe and his family.

Thanks Joe for the Memories

I followed Joe here in Hampton Rds. For over 30 years..... it is hard to believe he is gone.

A gentle soul, talented musician and good friend. You will be missed. Til we meet again...
