My husband Bill and I just learned of Joe's passing today; our deepest sympathy to his family. He was one of the greatest people we ever met. We can still hear him; he was a kind caring man who cared deeply for every one he met.He made us feel that our family was like family to him. He will be deeply missed by our family and I'm sure by everyone who ever met him

Like many others, we knew Joe for many years as he took care of our insurance needs. His compassion, help, and humor as we struggled with those teenage driving years and his unrelenting advocating for us with claim issues and policy changes were always intiated by Joe. He was a friend. The world will miss him.
Our sincerest sympathy to his family and his office family....we will keep you in our prayers.

To the Mascia Family,
You Dad and husband was the best. Any insurance questions we had, we called Joe. The question we asked each other was " what did Joe reccommend" and then that is what we did. I will never forget his incredible memory, love of life, love for and pride in his children's successes through the years and his love of his wife. Joe was the ultimate family man. We were blessed to be part of his insurance family. We were lucky to know him and have him look after our...

For everyone, Joe embodied the meaning of a "Wonderful Guy". One of the luckiest days of my life was walking into Service First nearly 20 years ago and getting to know Joe. I will miss him
as will everyone who crossed his path.

To the Mascia Family...
I wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your family. Although I did not know Mr. Mascia well, he was once my soccer coach years back. He was a wonderful individual and an encouraging coach.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
