My husband Bill and I just learned of Joe's passing today; our deepest sympathy to his family. He was one of the greatest people we ever met. We can still hear him; he was a kind caring man who cared deeply for every one he met.He made us feel that our family was like family to him. He will be deeply missed by our family and I'm sure by everyone who ever met him

Like many others, we knew Joe for many years as he took care of our insurance needs. His compassion, help, and humor as we struggled with those teenage driving years and his unrelenting advocating for us with claim issues and policy changes were always intiated by Joe. He was a friend. The world will miss him.

I WAS DEEPLY SADDENED TO HEAR OF JOE'S ILLNESS A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. IT SEEMS WE JUST HEARD THE NEWS THAT HE WAS ILL AND TODAY I PICKED UP THE DEDHAM TIMES AND READ OF HIS PASSING. For everyone, Joe embodied the meaning of a "Wonderful Guy". One of the luckiest days of my life was walking into Service First nearly 20 years ago and getting to know Joe. I will miss him
