Read MoreI worked with Joe in the same legal office at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. We also lived down the street from each other in base housing. Joe was one of the very few good guys at that office. In an office filled with arrogant jerks, Joe was always helpful and fun to be around. I'm sorry to now learn of his passing.
