To the McLeod.family... There are only certain people who remain memorable from your childhood, ...Joe was one of them. We went to the old Betsy Ross School together and hung around together. I remember visiting him at home and climbing "The Rock" almost in his back yard. Joe was a great guy, always with a smile.
