Not sure what to say?

A very nice guy. I remember him well as a friend of my uncle(Pernell Andrews). He was always a pleasure to be around even though he was 10 years my senior. I only saw him on occasion but he stood out in my memory of years past. May God comfort his family and close friends. Neil

I was sad to hear of the passing of a dear friend from our time at Virginia State College(now VSU). Joseph (Joe) as we called him was a grad student and I was an undergrad student. We worked together in the Biology Building in a lab in the mid 70´s. I always remembered how smart he was and he inspired me to work hard and be at my best!
