I met Joe Perry in 1977, while I was in my first year as a School Psychologist for the Hubbard School System. At that time, Dr. Perry was the School Psychologist for the Brookfield School System, which borders Hubbard. As is often the case, students would move to and from the Hubbard and Brookfield schools, and as Hubbard was providing County wide Special Education services, some Brookfield Students were enrolled in the Hubbard SE programs. My condolences to the family and friends. He was a kind caring person to me. Joe wanted the best for all people he surrounded himself with. He was a great father who tried very hard to motivate to be the best in achieving what they wanted out of life. May he rest in peace.
